Trade Winds is a series of music collaborations created by NYC bassist Matt Geraghty and Brazilian saxophonist Ze Luis.  They spent 21 days in Cuba with different musicians each day,  travel along the historic triangle trade route, exploring the history and evolution of music through improvised compositions. You might recognize Chris Cunningham’s work with the Aphex Twin or Björk music videos. Nowness  magazine has made a video with Audi describing his ascension from film studio production artist to director, and eventually to visual artist and musician. Those already familiar with his work or jaqapparatus will no doubt find this interesting.
